West Hamilton Office- 1199 Main St, Hamilton Ohio 45013
from 75 North:(about 30 minutes) Take Butler County Regional Highway(129) west until it turns into High Street, Hamilton. Take High Street through Hamilton until it turns into Main Street. Continue on Main Street through Hamilton. Our building is on the left side of the road with a large Hamilton Health Associates sign on the peak of the building.
from 275 Colerain Exit: (about 30 minutes) Take Colerain Avenue exit (27)north. Take 27 north toward Ross. Continue on 27 past Ross. After you reach Millville, take 129 right towards Hamilton. This is also called Millville Ave. Take Millville Ave to Hamilton. Watch for Edgewood Ave after you cross railroad tracks in Hamilton and turn left onto Edgewood Ave. Take a left onto Main Street. Watch for our building on the left with a large Hamilton Health Assoc. sign in peak of building.

from 75 North: (about 10 minutes) Take Butler County Regional Highway(129)west towards Hamilton. Take Bypass Route 4 exit north. Turn left at Princeton Road. Take your 1st right onto Winford Ave. Our building is on the left side of the road.

8250 Kenwood Crossing Way, Ste 101, Cincinnati, Ohio 45236
from 71- take the Montgomery Road Exit and go North towards Montgomery(towards Arbys). At the red light, you will turn left on to East Galbraith Rd. Take E.Galbraith past Jewish Hospital. Kenwood Crossing Way will be on your right and Dr. Schwartz is located in the building with Freiberg Orthopedics.
