Chiropractic

Matt Murdock, D.C. DACBSP, C.S.C.S.

Dr. Murdock is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. Dr. Murdock received his Doctor in Chiropractic from the Palmer College of Chiropratic. In 2005, he was certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also certified as a Diplomat of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physician. Dr. Murdock has completed all requirements to be a Kinesio Tex Tape Practitioner.

Our Physical Therapy Team

Colleen Schuster, PT, Dominic Davis, PTA, and Kathleen Pendergest, PTA.

Our PT department provides personalized care. At our office, physical therapy is provided by the same Physical Therapist not different providers as in most PT offices. This allows for continuity of care. They specialize in injury treatment and love to treat work injuries!

Medical

Michelle Naegele, D.O.

Dr. Naegele graduated from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. She completed an Emergency Medicine internship and residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. She works full time as an emergency physician as well as part time at Hamilton Health Associates caring for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and most recently has expanded her focus to include aesthetic medicine.

 Psychology

Tricia Giessler, Psy. D.

 Dr. Tricia Giessler is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychotherapy and assessment with adults who have chronic pain and other medical conditions. She also works with patients facing struggles with depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology in 2006. Dr. Giessler completed a pre-doctoral internship with a focus in health psychology at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Dallas, Texas in 2006.

Massage Therapy

Katie McGuire, LMT practices at both of our locations.  

Katie graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage in April 2007 and she received her license for Massage in June 2007. She has been a massage therapist for 4 ½ years; she specializes in work injuries, chronic pain, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and relaxation. She is also certified in hot stone therapy and pre-natal massage.

David Schwartz, Ph.D.

Dr. David Schwartz earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University, specializing in behavioral medicine and Health Psychology. He was an intern and post-doctoral fellow at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He has had medical school appointments at the University of Virginia, Vanderbilt University, and the University of Cincinnati. He has published and presented extensively in pain management and behavioral medicine. He has been in private practice since 1995 specializing in complex medically involved patients.   He is a consultant to the Freiberg Spine Institute and a member of the Disability Evaluation Panel for the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation (BWC). He presently serves as the Ohio Psychological Association and Ohio Board of Psychology’s representative on the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation Health Care Quality Assurance Advisory Committee, and chairs the Ohio Psychological Association Task Force on Workers Compensation Reform.

Jeff Baker, Ph.D.,  L.D.C.D.C.
